My mosaics this week are all about celebrating the love between Krista and Paul at their beautiful wedding on Saturday. The ceremony was beautiful and emotional and the reception was a full out celebration of their love with lots of food, drink and FUN!
All those empty reception tables are such a wonderful sign of a great party - everyone is on the dance floor and friends & family all have big smiles of happiness!
As the hours wore on...the tiniest dancers were all falling asleep and the pretty high heeled sandals were kicked off for more comfortable dancing in bare feet.
Krista is very near and dear to my heart - I have loved her like a second daughter since she came into my life at one month old as my first day care child. She & Jayme were such great playmates and a few years later when her brother, Zach, came along there was just more fun to be had. I was done doing the daycare business by the time little sis, Abbey, came along but by then we were "lifelong" friends with the whole family and her mom became my best friend. We all look forward to getting to know Paul as well as we do everyone else!

Isn't it just special when you can keep in touch with the young ones like that. There is a special girl I am close to also that I babysat since she was an infant.
