we went to the chapel

and watched my brother get married in a beautiful ceremony.
Happiness filled the hearts of all those in attendance and this shot of my big brother with his bride, Jill, fills my heart with joy.
The church and reception were decorated as a winter wonderland and the celebration included lots of food and dancing. I love this shot of the newlyweds dancing as little Alexis sits on the sidelines waiting her turn to dance with Grandpa.
The celebrating continued into the wee hours and as the crowd thinned the die hard dancers kept going until the DJ had to quit. There were plenty of dance off's and Jayme kept her title in the "air fiddling" competition but Nate has asked for a second chance at our son's wedding in June.
Congratulations S & J! We love you and wish you both many years of happiness...

What a beautiful happy occasion. I'm so glad you shared it with us here Marsha. Your brother and his bride do look so very very happy. the little chapel is so pretty and reminds me of so many other little country churches. Imagine how many other long lasting marriages started at that altar. I can hear the joy your heart through your writing Marsha.
