while I've seen these beautiful birds at my home before this is the first time I've observed one taking a bath and preening in the tree behind the rock.
I will never regret making Jeff haul that rock to our backyard and then drill through it :)

I am so envious of the water in your yard. I know the birds have really taken advantage of your bath facilites!! I want some water in my yard so bad, I think I'll go start digging!!! Your pictures are always the best too.
